"Exceptional"

The stuff was welcoming and friendly. We arrived in the morning and we got our room almost immediately. When we wanted to change the room there was not any problem. We like a lot the breakfast and the terrace. The location is great as it is very near to the entrance of the pyramid complex.

The location was great with the rooftop view of the pyramids. The staff was very friendly with letting us check-in early and even giving a nice breakfast at no charge. They also let us leave bags while we tour the city one more time. Always helpful with luggage and without asking for tip all the time.

The hotel is in a really good location in Giza, you can see the pyramids from the rooms and the rooftop. But the best thing about the property is the people. The stuff working there is exceptional, so welcoming and helpful. They have been in touch during my whole stay to make sure I felt safe and taken care of

very good location, the staff was excellent and the the room and property is cleanprobably recently renovated. Great view of the pyramids. Two min walk from the Sphinx entrace and ticket office. access to it is confusing, you’ll have to take an alley that a turist will not usualy take especially arriving at night. Just comunicate with the property and someone will wait at the main road to take you to the property.
